  We have used Bicton Travel for several years, especially Bicton Premium Travel, and have always found the staff, especially Phil, to be extremely professional, thorough and very knowledgable. We have had some great adventures beyond the normal offerings based upon their suggestions. They have always been quick to respond to any email or query. Their efforts in these last few difficult years for travel have been exceptional, especially in organising cancellations and refunds. We hope for brighter travel adventures beyond these Covid years and look forward to continuing working with them.

  We have been using Bicton Travel for over 20 years and have always experienced the best of service , advice and attention to detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble , even overseas when a train strike in France interrupted our plans a quick text to Phil and alternative transport arranged . We have had numerous cruises , family holidays and local activities arranged by Bicton Travel. In these restricted travel and tough times , the professional attention from Carole , Phil and the team have been outstanding.

  Phil, David Byron and the team are the real deal, ive been using this mob for over 10 years for luxury cruises, flights and everything in between.
  
  They get the job done quick, no BS and you get to talk to someone switched on every time compared to some travel muppet shows.
  
  My go to every time. Great job.

  Carole and David were both more than helpful with my recent very stressful return trip to the UK.
  They seamlessly managed to book my flights despite the very trying times we are living in at the moment.
  Their replies to any correspondence was always extremely prompt.
  I cannot recommend them enough and I will most certainly use their services again when I need to travel again.

  My partner and I have been been using Bicton for ALL our travel needs since 2012. We average four cruises a year plus other land content trips.
  Bicton's attention to detail is superb, from the cruising products that they suggest, all through the booking process, and to assisting with all matters when "things go wrong" which they sometimes do. For example, we had four trips booked and paid for at the start of Covid and all have been successfully cancelled with full refunds received.
  We will always rely on Bicton Travel for our travel needs and we are most thankful to the Company and all their staff for the brilliant job and service always performed.
