- Anne Bayley Added October 13, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Why is SGIO customer service NOT IN PERTH. Wanted to query a quote today and NO ONE could answer why the quote was so expensive given a customer for over 5 years and minimal claims. A basic quote should include windscreen cover, locks and towing at that rate of excess charge but no one available to make a decision or lower the quote without taking off the extra fees to cover ie windscreens. (other companies were a lot cheaper) AUSTRALIAN COMPANIES SHOULD BE EMPLOYING AUSTRALIANS and not sending their customer service off shore especially in economic downturns. Another Australian company that does not support AUSTRALIANS.
