  Really professional and fast service. I called up and the team were able to send a plumber out and provide a quote that afternoon. Andy arrived on time and once we accepted the quote were able to book in and have the repairs done at a preferred time, again when it came time for the repairs the Plumber was on time and the work was all done to a great standard with no issues or delays. I would definitely call Tap Doctor again for future plumbing works.

  John was fantastic he removed the old 90s style gas heater and relocated the new modern gas heater. He gave it his all and was still humble and professional after the hot day and hard work.

  Emailed tap doctor at 12:30 and Nathan showed up at 1:30.
  Was able to provide a comprehensive quote and carried out the work in a very professional manner on the spot. Had all the necessary parts on board. Left the job clean and guaranteed for 12 months.

  Had plumber attend previously, happy with job. Called back to have our porcelain cisterns elements changed as 1 blew up. Same plumber gave us the option to repair and service or replace we spoke about water consumption and capacity. We decided to replace all the cisterns with new. Quoted aprox $500 each. I was happy to go ahead, left him to do it, I went out. Got home late and they were replaced with cheap Chinese made plastic not the same (porcelain). The seat was also plastic and squeaky. I messaged Sam my concerns, he said he told us. In no way would we agree to this plastic. He kept saying no you agreed. Your husband was happy. I asked for return of our pretty new cisterns removed and put back, he refused and said we agreed. After a few discussions I hear nothing. He ripped us off plus took the porcelain ones ( probably sold them) they looked new.
  Still not happy, he is a liar and scammed us on quality and took our cisterns, we did not allow any of this.

  Had Jamie from Tap Doctor South come and fix my worn out shower tap seals. Sent Tap Doctor a request the night before, had them ring and organize for Jamie to arrive the next morning. Turn up on time gave me a couple of quotes at reasonable price, agreed to the price and he completed the job 15min later. No complaining from me and now no complaining from the missus so that’s a win win

  Used the online booking tool, quick turn around. When appointment time arrived Reece was prompt and on time. Solid advice/options given for our mixer tap.
  
  Easy to deal with, great on the communication and more importantly no more leaking tap. Recommend!

  Thank you Tom from Tap Doctor, you are a life saver. Had a problem with a tap that would not turn off. He arrived on time and resolved the problem quickly, it's a no non-sense. And the charge is reasonable for replacing 2 taps. Will definitely use your service again in the future.

  We had a water leak and contacted an emergency plumber. After trying several firms and being unable to get a same day call out we called The Tap Doctor who advised they would attend within two hours. Graham attended on time and carried out a difficult repair, to our satisfaction, at a reasonable price. Problem resolved, thank you Graham.

  Chris has performed 2 jobs for me now, he was the reason I rang tap doctor when i was told i had a gas leak recently. He is a very pleasant person and is always very helpful. Costs are reasonable and he does quality work. Thanks

  I have used the Tap Doctor for the last five years or so and in that time I have been lucky enough to get get Daniel each time who I cannot praise high enough. Not only has he every time resolved my issue he has also always gone out of his way to be friendly and helpful. As someone who works in customer service he is representative of a model employee. If I was to move areas I would still request Daniel for any work I needed.
  Also a special mention to Reece who came out on Saturday night after hours and was equally pleasant and efficient to deal with.
  Tap Doctor should be proud of and recognize the asset they have in their staff.
