  5 stars isn't enough to rate the amazing experience i had with the Settlement Group. I would give them 10 stars if i could!
  
  I had the privilege of having Connie Micheli as my settlement agent.
  
  Connie worked very efficiently with the bank and the seller to ensure a smooth settlement.
  
  Connie and her team kept me updated every step of the way - they provided insight and guidance on the settlement
  process to ensure i understood what was required of me every step of the way.
  
  They were always available to offer a helping hand. There was a time during the process where my work committments
  impacted my ability to send some important paper work to Connie - I had the option of sending the paperwork via Australia post
  instead, Connie opted to send one of her agents to my office to obtain the paper work and thus saving me time and money.
  
  Like that was not enough, after the land settlement, connie and her team followed up with me to ensure i received the neccessary stamp duty rebate.
  They thoroughly reviewed my rebate application forms to ensure i filled them correctly and even submitted the documents in person on my behalf!
  
  I highly recommend the Services provided by the Settlegroup agents! They deliver very great service at an affordable price - they work with you in a manner that makes you feel without a doubt that you are in good hands.

  Thank you Connie and the Settlement Team for always being reliable and a wealth of knowledge. We have settled with you a few times now and even with a few hiccups from the other buyers, you have been able to see it through professionally and make sure there is no stress for us.

  I am the Office Manager for finance brokers (Amplified Lending Solutions) and have over a number of years dealt with a lot of settlement agents some of whom are unprofessional, lacking in the basic experience and bad mannered.
  
  In all my years dealing with Settlement Group I have found them all (Connie and her staff) to be professional and great with their communication and following up.
  
  Each of our clients' properties have settled on time due to the fact that Settlement Group are pro-active to make sure that their/our clients' side is ready to settle on time... something a lot of settlement agents cannot say !!!
