Our account manager has always been very helpful and when we have had to make a claim it has been handled in a very timely manner and with great ease. The customer service has been great and they are always available to offer advice on all of our insurance needs. After seeing how well they performed with our company i moved all of my own private insurance across and have found the service to be just as excellent.

They ask the tenants to pay for the claim they pay to their clients (landlords)
WHY SELL YOUR POLICIES THEN?
WORST Insurance Company EVER in AUSTRALIA!
NOT RECOMMENDED.
